A midweek check in ... Dad continues to having the constant flow of doctors coming in. The system is still down at the hospital so the doctors are making sure they are checking in routinely. We had a little scare this week as Dad's lungs started to fill up with fluid. Luckily, he was exactly where he needed to be and the doctors treated it quickly so that Dad could stay on the right path to being healthy and ready for transport. Tomorrow makes three weeks that Dad has been waiting and the hospital staff have all started to adjust to the fact that Dad is a numbers guy has he has his own recording system in the room to make sure he can trend the numbers and taken active role in his healthcare. 

We just keep waiting ...
