A fast trip, but a good start. Lennix began her clinical trial today. After a quick check up this morning, Lennix got to hang out with the therapy dog, Opry, for a few minutes. Lenni began the 3 hours of receiving the medication and observation to be watched for any complications that arose, but none came so we headed for the airport. With about 2.5 hours until our flight, Lennix went and played in the KidPort at the Boston airport. She met a friend in the KidPort and they played hard together. After some food, Lennix fell asleep before we even got to our seats on the plane. 

We are glad she has completed her first round of medication. We return to Boston in a few weeks for round 2.
