Chemo #16
Not going to lie, these last two weeks after Jim’ last treatment have been the hardest. The fatigue is lasting longer and he just feels overall exhausted. There were several factors that may have caused this…. The take home, 46hour chemo is pumped by body heat, it was a very warm day and someone thought it was a good idea to work in the greenhouses that afternoon 🥹. It is also the busiest time of year for planting and Jim is not one to sit back so he may have pushed a little too hard . And as we learned today the chemo is accumulative and the more he is treated the harder it will be to bounce back!
Today I think i have him convinced to take it slower and see if that helps his overall well being 🙏
Monday morning Jim has his set of scans and we meet with the doctor later in the week to review and plan what is next.
Prayer requests:
Pray that the scans show improvement in the cancer. Maybe Jim could get a break❤️
Pray for patience for Jim, he is so frustrated that he can’t work at the level he wants.
Prayers for me for peace and patience as we live each day with the unknown, its hard when you are a planner and you can’t plan😩
Prayers for our kids and grandkids 💕💙.
This is happening to their Dad and Poppy….
