Today Ames is +40 days post-transplant.   He has been doing so well this past week.  He has started eating Goldfish and strawberries.  This is a huge accomplishment in the past week.  We have received the test results from Ames' biopsy and aspirate.  They were all negative indicating no evidence of disease.  This is wonderful news.  We have to keep praying that Ames continues to stay in remission and that he is cured.  Chad, Gavin, Parker, and Mrs. Nancy (Nana) came this weekend to visit.  We had so much fun just being together and getting out enjoying the nice weather.  Ames has made a lot of progress this past week with activity and nutrition.  He is still on TPN, but hopefully in a couple of weeks he will be off if he continues to increase his intake.  This has been such an emotional rollercoaster.  The highs and lows that this journey has brought. I am thankful that Ames is in a stable place at the moment and I pray that he continues to make progress.  Thank you all for the prayers.  We have felt the prayers and we are witnessing the Lord answer those prayers.  Please continue to keep Ames on your prayer list for complete healing and to stay in remission.  Again, thank you all for your prayers.
