This is my story about Mimi Gonzalez

My amazing friend has been there for me through thick and thin over the years. However, when I was I’ll and even prior to diagnosis she was right there by my side- literally! She is a busy woman with businesses and she always made time for me and NEVER hinted at any burden!

It is so difficult for me to ask for help and the thing is, I did not have to- she just did!

She is a big sister to kids and helped her own sister with serious health issues during a time of turmoil in her own life. She makes me laugh all the time and is an amazing mother and friend! We went to Asia for a month together in 2015- you really test friendships doing this lol! Like I said, she has stuck it through, even when it was difficult. I hope she knows I would do the same for her!

We met through our boys when they were in 6th grade and they are grown men now and still great friends.

True friendship withstands many seasons. I am grateful to God for blessing me with her friendship😇
