Today’s Update:  Zo is just finishing up five hours of having her stem cells harvested for CAR-T.  Earlier this week, she had a full blood work up, echocardiogram, ekg and a catheter insertion yesterday just to be removed today after harvesting. From now, it will take 4-6 weeks to manufacture the car-t cells for reinfusion.  Next week we will continue the Pola BR chemo on a 3 week cycle until a final decision is made to start CAR-T.
