They detected abnormal heart rhythm which he might have had a heart attack but he has not complained about any pain or discomfort. As a precaution they will do a heart cath later this afternoon to get a good look at things. He is very alert and talking but briefly cried because he feels that he is letting us all down with this setback. When we first walked in the room it was dark,no lights,window shade down and no tv. I had a long talk with him and said he will not give up on us because we will never give up on him. I then said “Dad I’m going to brighten up this room and your going to watch tv and pretend that your at home with family and friends” 

Then I said to him if he’s walking on a path in the woods and a fallen tree is blocking his path will he just stand there and stare at it or overcome that obstacle and step over it. At that point he grabbed my hand and his eyes lit up and said ok son I can do this.
