Ok, so here's the update on the status of Cole's and my journey through this brain cancer adventure. As I mentioned yesterday, we had a MRI last week. Then today, we had a conference call with all 4 members of our medical team from our clinic in Houston and they gave us the results of the MRI and the landscape of what's next.

Well, this was the shortest conference call we've had to date with them. They examined all the images and found every thing was NEGATIVE.  And in this case, that's a big POSITIVE! They were very pleased with the results since it's been the first MRI after 9 weeks of being on the full treatment protocol. While I wish we could say that we're all done with treatment, that is not the case. We are 2 months in and have 6 more to go. Nevertheless it's encouraging that things are moving in the right direction and I'm hoping to get back into the office within the next couple of weeks.

Grateful:

-For the multitude of prayer warriors who have been vigilant in standing on the watchtowers and praying for both Cole and me in this challenging journey

-For many who have supported with time, driving me to appointments to give Cole some much needed relief

-For others who have supported us with funds that are helping us remain solvent in facing the avalanche of medical bills from this treatment that is being effective

-Grateful for alternative treatments that bring hope and help in such a difficult and often bleak diagnosis

Please pray for:

-Continued good labs and reports in the next months of treatment

-Strength and endurance during our every other Wednesday trip to Houston for infusions

-Endurance that my body will continue to tolerate the litany of meds given to combat any rouge cancer cells still running around in my head or the rest of my body

-Cole's health and endurance to take this wild and crazy ride with me. She's been my greatest advocate and knows when to encourage me and when to crack the whip to keep me moving. I just could not imagine doing this without her love and care

-God's supply for us to meet the financial challenges that lie ahead for the next 6 months
