With spring on its way Steve continues to get stronger with his walking. He is now able to go short distances with a cane vs. crutches! Although, longer outings still require the knee scooter. He is still doing his PT appointments once a week with his daily exercises. He now feels he is able to put 90% of his weight on his left leg and ankle. Such a great feeling!!
This week brings him multiple Dr. appointments once again. He will finally be meeting with the ENT to see if they can help in anyway. Ever since his accident; when his head hit the ground he has been very sensitive to sound, along with ringing in his ears. We shall see what they say. 🙏
Next week he will be seeing a Dr. that works with concussed patients. We're looking forward to seeing her, to see what she has to say with the sleeping, headaches, and vision issues that are still presenting themselves. It's a long road, but we are happy to be on it with it going in the right direction. Small steps are big in our household these days, as we are blessed.
Thank you for all of your continued prayers.
Love, Steve & Kelly
