Stacie is settled in at home.  We have been very busy organizing all the services that are available through the hospice team.  Stacie had a catheter put in, so the fluid in her abdominal cavity can now be drained at home. With a bit of adjustment on her pain medication, we feel we are zeroing in on the right combination and dosage to both alleviate her pain and enable lucid waking hours.

Today is Thanksgiving, and we are so very thankful for all the love and support surrounding us and that Stacie will be able to join us for dinner with family and extended family.  

Her strength continues to be an inspiration.
