Hello everyone. Here are the plans for Ryan’s funeral service. The service will take place at Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church on Friday, March 24th. Shepherd’s address is 3920 North Victoria Street Shoreview 55126. Their phone number is 651-483-5419.
