Rich has been diagnosed with T-Cell ALL-LL (Acute Lyphoblastic Leukemia/Lymphoma. He has cancer cells in his lymph nodes, blood, bone marrow and central nervous system. He has finished his first round of chemo!

Today was such a special day. Rich enjoyed seeing friends and his students via 
FaceTime thanks to Dana and Rachel. Live streaming wasn’t connecting, but the girls made it work so that Rich was included. 
So many thanks to Jim Nelson & Jay Johnson and everyone at SASED for working so hard to make this years’  Outdoor Ed a huge success. 
As much as we were disappointed that he couldn’t be there in person, Rich was wiped from early morning rehab and online visits with his friends. He had to take a break and nap for a while. Guess his therapists knew more than we did. 😜
