I never updated everyone on what we decided to do for a treatment plan this summer. We opted out of chemo. A decision that seemed reckless at times but a decision that also allowed Quiana to feel great all summer. We continued her Arizona treatments and have looked into some additional alternative treatment options.

The scary part of this decision was wondering if her cancer would progress without chemo. MRIs were completed on Tuesday, and we found out yesterday that her cancer remains stable. No progression. The oncologist feels that continuing on our path of no chemo is logical at this point. A true relief for all of us! Quiana is set to scan again in 2 months as her disease must be closely monitored.

Quiana's senior year begins next week, and we feel so lucky to be at this point.

County Fair is also next week.

Football Season has begun for the boys.

Life is busy and we are soaking in every day.
