A note from Pastor Hutton and Anne:
Dear family and friends this is an update about our family's and current situation. It is now just over two weeks since I returned home from the hospital. I am very thankful to the Lord for preserving my life during my time there and for reuniting me once again with my family. While this is certainly not an experience I would wish to have to repeat, I can nevertheless testify to the Lord’s steadfast love and goodness throughout this period. I was very conscious of the Lord’s presence during my time in the hospital, and although I was told early on that it may be necessary to put me on a ventilator, the Lord gave me a strong assurance that it would not come to that. He also put into my mind the opening words of verse 17 of Psalm 118: “I shall not die, but live.” I knew very early on then that it was only a matter of time before I would be able to return home from the hospital.
Anne is also slowly getting better. Her cough is much improved but she still finds herself getting tired very easily. Our baby seems to be doing well at the moment but the doctor wants to monitor the baby closely in the coming months in light of Anne's sickness. Daniel is also doing well and seems happy to have his daddy home again. 😊
We would also like to thank everyone for your prayers and words of encouragement during this past month. It has been a great blessing to us. We are truly thankful to the Lord for the love and care you have expressed for us.
