Mike has been accepted to The Rehab on base called Center for the Intrepid and will be getting PT and OT again along with many other appointments for nutrition and support. Being a civilian,  it took a little more work and time.

With that said, they doctors have said that this is rare and he is only the 2nd person in Texas and 11th in the country for this type of reattachment. Currently, they are pleased with how his arm is healing and that he is getting lots of nerve pain. Still no feeling to touch or movement but hopefully it will come with time.
