Greeting friends and family.  This is Kay. 

I know it has been a while since our last update.  Thank you for following Mike’s health journey for all of these years.  I know he loved and valued each of you.  On February 14, 2024 he was welcomed into the Kingdom of Heaven after his long and courageous battles with cancer.

I will keep this brief.  But, as I am sure he would tell you, this news is not an ending but a beginning to his life with Jesus.  Only by the grace of God, Mike knew that he had received salvation and forgiveness of sin through the death and resurrection of Christ.  He had the assurance that his eternal home is now in Heaven with Jesus.

We will all remember Mike for his sharp mind, extreme generosity, sound advice, endless wisdom, quirky humor, big smile and love of the Lord.  His impact on this world was immeasurable.

Memorial service will be 11:30 on Saturday, March 2 at Rockpoint Church, 5825 Kelvin Ave N, Lake Elmo, with visitation one hour prior. Private family interment will take place before the service.  To honor Mike, please consider a donation to East Immanuel Church, 1173 Payne Ave, St Paul, MN 55130
