Saw wound care yesterday.  Melvin's knee opening is worse.  He has Been instructed not to wear the prosthetic for 3 weeks.  You can imagine how hard that is since he has been pretty mobile since October.  I compare it to a one year old who just learned how to walk and now is being asked to crawl again.  Hopefully the doctor sees some healing in 3 weeks.  While there yesterday the doctor also removed  a few pieces of the calcium deposit on his left hip.  Thanks for your concern.
