Good morning!!! 

Since I travel so much, and I try to do fun stuff when I’m not working on the road, Cathy thinks I’m on vacation all the time.  Well, the last two, now three days of travel have certainly not been a vacation. 

All day long I was getting text messages from American Airlines telling me my flight was delayed.  Finally I got a canceled notice. In a short while later, I was rebooked on a 10:00 PM flight. My secret girlfriend and American Airlines kept texting me telling me my flight was delayed. The last one said my flight would now be 12:37 in the morning.  At 11:30 PM last night, she let me know that my flight was canceled.

Typically, they just rebook me and I don’t have to worry about it and I get notification of the new flight.  After getting to the hotel at 1 AM, I woke up at 3:30 and checked my phone to see what my new flight would be. There was no notification but I went to my app and I am booked on the 8:30 PM flight tonight.

So I went to the airport at 6:30 this morning hoping the fly standby on any flight before 8:30 tonight.

I want to thank Hannah Lewis and her younger mom for leading the prayer last night. While we love Hannah, we did miss Justin Lewis!  I am hoping to get home in time to see Hannah and Micah today. At least they will get to see Cathy Naranjo and Margo Naranjo. Tonight being the last Friday of the month, we have Kira Parker, leaving the prayer at 8:55 PM CDT on her Facebook page. While we enjoyed our trip to Starbucks last weekend, it was weird to be there without her. Enjoy the picture of Margo and the stalking text messages from my girlfriend at American Airlines. (there were actually three more however CaringBridge only let you post five pictures).  Picture is from a time we went to visit Joe and Carol Harsel near Baltimore. Along with our children, 4 of the boys are the Harsel children and there’s some other random children that I think Carol picked up off the street. God Bless You!!!
