Hi everyone, the Harrison Family appreciates all the thoughts, prayers, well wishes, and outpouring love that has come our way in the past day. We wanted to create a place for everyone that cares so much about Mom to stay updated on her well being and progress. This platform should allow for comments, prayers and love from everyone which we would love to share with Mom as she turns the corner to recovery. Please feel free to share, pray and LOVE!

-Paul, Paige and Hap!

Feel free to join the FB group we made for mom as well where we will be posting videos of her progress as she continues!

Newest Update

Journal entry by Stephen Harrison

Lisa rocked her PT appointment yesterday.  Going on the treadmill (first time) let her really begin to find her walking stride. Then she moved to the “hurdles”. Again she impressed the therapist with her ability, stamina and not having a fear to try new things. By the end of the session she was walking much more smoothly and you could see in her eyes that she knew she could do it.

This lead to a discussion at dinner where Lisa was finally able to give me enough clues to let me know she wanted to go to Nordstrom’s!  Hey, a girl has to shop. So today our big adventure was Nordstroms.  Just Lisa, Wanda and me. We even got a bite to eat when we were all done.

Typically I would not be excited about shopping in the mall around Christmas time, but it beats the heck out of sitting in a hospital room watching your wife recover in bed. Let’s just say I have a new appreciation for the word “perspective”.
