Perspective~ the trek your family has been on for the last 5 months (I dare use the word journey, to me journey implies a more pleasurable experience) has been daunting to say the least. You've shared your fears, opened up and been vulnerable to this unknown, unchartered territory. You've kept us informed and up to date on your new reality. The effort it takes you to do everyday things like walking, talking, eating, getting dressed, straightening up, making meals has been enlightening. The mundane tasks are now milestones.
You've taught us not to give up. Have patience. Struggle through the frustration. Listen to understand. When you think you're at the end of your rope, more rope magically appears. You've inspired us to get active, to go for a walk with Lengths for Lisa. You've reminded us to not take anything for granted. You've shown us daily how to be resilient and hopeful. You've showed us how important the little things are...how the little victories shine a light on our new perspective. Love and Blessings to All
