Larry’s Story

Site created on January 31, 2013

We sure appreciate your prayers, love, support, words of hope and encouragement. Larry graduated to Heaven on November 3, 2016 at 10:26pm at Tom and daughter Julie's home in MN. Larry had multiple myeloma (cancer of the bone marrow) diagnosed 1/2013 with kidney failure. Larry took chemotherapy for 2 years. He was radiated for a lumbar/sacral spinal tumor in September 2014, July/August 2015 and May 2016. We know that God cares about each of us and has a plan for our lives. May we glorify Him. Julie (Larry's eldest daughter).

We wait in hope for the Lord; he is our help and our shield. In Him our hearts rejoice, for we trust in His holy name. May your unfailing love rest upon us, O Lord, even as we put our hope in you. Psalm 33:20-22

Journal entry by Bonnie Miller Alban

Can't believe I have had another bout with a blood clot in my right lung (pulmonary embolism). In hospital 2/13 to 2/14.  My blood thinner was changed from Warfarin to Eliquis, which is supposed to treat clots.  Hope it dissolves it quickly!  I'm home recovering.  Thankful God has once again spared me!  And thankful for so many prayers & much support! It was a little sadder without Larry by my side this time.  Hugs, Bonnie
