No sugarcoating...
Today has been a struggle, from the minute I woke up. Some days the pain meds, baths and heated blankets just don't do anything. For me this means not leaving my couch unless it means I'm going to bed, or vice versa.
So I'm going to forget today happened and take my night time meds, take a hot bath, and get in bed before 830pm.
