I wanted to give a quick update and prayer schedule for tomorrows chemo treatment. My dad goes in for chemo at 1:45 pm. The first big announcement is that sweet Eden Margaret McLarty was born on June 1st! Jamie and Justin are enjoying this new season as a family of 3 and we are all so grateful for their beautiful healthy baby girl! My mom booked a last minute flight so she could help take some night shifts for the new parents. She is soaking up all the cuddles and the rest of us are jealous! 

We also had a worship/ prayer night for the Sparks family on June 2. It was a beautiful night praising God. I was so proud of my husband who encouraged the group  to continue to pray boldly for healing despite what doctors say. We serve a miracle working God and He has the final say. Please continue to pray for the Sparks family as you pray for our family. We love our friends so much and we covet your prayers! 

Unfortunately, this last round of chemo my dad was extremely sick and missed a few days of work. We are hoping that it was just a bug he might have gotten. I know that he is probably anxious for another round of chemo because of how the last round went. Please pray that he will have an amazing weekend and he will feel good especially on Father's Day! Pray that he would not be sick and would feel strong for this round. 

Despite his sickness he still managed to get on the ground to try and fix his sprinkler system and he is managing the household as my mom is away. He is such a hard worker. 

Thank you all so much for praying for our family. I feel like these posts may be redundant at times but it helps me to be able to process what is happening in our lives and what we need prayer for. We are so thankful for the blessings that the Lord continues to give us even in the trials. We love you all! 

Here is the prayer schedule for tomorrow:

1:45- Pray for complete healing for my dad

2:45- Pray that my dad would not experience sickness this chemo round 

3:45- Please continue to pray for the Sparks family

4:45- Pray that my dad would continue to be a light to his coworkers, friends, and family who don't know Jesus. 

5:45- Pray for my mom as she serves my brother and Jamie and as she goes to help out my cousin who's husband is in the hospital right now. Pray that my dad would be okay without my mom being home this round of chemo. 

This is the day the Lord has made we will (continue to) rejoice and be glad in it! Love you all!
