I would recommend anything that takes you out of the house. You have to think of your own self-preservation. It reminds me of the instructions on planes: put your own mask on first. John would agree.

Beth, having worked and volunteered at Hospice since 1993 I know you are really doing everything right!! The thought also came to me as I was reading one of your comments--loved ones often die when those closest to them leave for a short time.

Thank you for providing this service for families who are experiencing difficult times and need a way to communicate with friends and other family members.
