Karl and Hannah, My prayers and condolences go out to you all. My mind cannot fathom what you all are going through but we know that God will comfort us and one day bring us all together again.

My stepson shared this with our family.And he is still here and alive and living. But he also has lost his father, my husband. It is the grief of losing but without having that person we lose,we would never have had the gift of having them in our lives.

Tears swell in my eyes as I read Karl's Journal. Karl, your words have touched my soul. Your words are helping others heal. May God fill the void in your heart with those treasured moments you had with Joel. Sending prayers.
