Quick update!

Jim is doing great in therapy at courage kenny. There has been a lot of highs and lows, but we are working through it as a team. The therapists at Courage kenny are truly spectacular,  We really appreciate everyone’s well wishes.

He’s been working really hard to get to a point of walking independently.  We were originally scheduled to discharge on July 10th, however Insurance is giving us issues so we may be out sooner than expected, so we are working on bathroom transfers,  chair transfers, and next week Car transfers so I can take him out for a drive and maybe ice cream.  We will go home with a wheelchair until he’s able to walk. 

Jim had a visit from his high school and college buddy Joe and his wife Deb that drove from Chicago and that was much needed. ♥️♥️
