Mom had her silicone shim placed to get her voice back on Thursday. Things went well and she stayed overnight for observation. Her voice is a little scratchy yet, but should improve as the swelling goes down over the next week. Overall she is doing well her throat is just a little sore. She is stitched up on the inside so they glued her incision, so no stitches need to be removed. It is amazing how well the neck heals up.   She will have  a virtual visit next Friday for her recheck, one less trip for them to drive to Sioux Falls. Dad can hear her now!! Whoop Whoop!! God is Good!!
