Gary ’s Story

Site created on March 3, 2022

On Wednesday, March 2, our lives were turned upside down. Gary Criddle, the best husband, dad, and Papa began his day with a trip to the optometrist and ended it with an MRI showing that he has an inoperable, aggressive Glioblastoma.

Our hearts are breaking; this was nothing we ever expected to happen to our dad. Through it all, we’re thankful for the love we share as a family and for our faith and knowledge that God will be with us every step of the way.

We’d appreciate your prayers as we walk with him on his brain cancer journey.

Love Gary’s biggest fans,
Betty, Kerstin, Katie, & Karoline

Journal entry by Kerstin Harker

The past twenty-four hours have been filled with so many emotions as we celebrated Dad's life at his visitation and funeral.  Thank you to all who honored him and our family by joining us at New Covenant yesterday and/or today.

If you weren't able to attend the service this morning, this is a link to a video recording.

The 4 O.C. (Original Criddle) ladies are so grateful for your prayers.  Please continue to lift us up as we start this next phase of our lives without our biggest fan.
