He went to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, at 11:02 a.m. EDT on Sunday, October 18, 2020.

Journal entry by Zach Sepanik

"For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all. So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen, since what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal." -2 Corinthians 4:17-18

On Sunday, October 18, 2020, Frank James Sepanik, 63, passed away peacefully at his home in Grandville, Mich., after a brief but hard-fought battle with brain cancer (Glioblastoma). Frank was surrounded by family and friends as he went to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. As a senior, he led the Wolverines to the 1975 MHSAA Class B State Championship. Frank also attended the 1984 World Series to cheer on his beloved Detroit Tigers and was a participant of the 1989 Detroit Tigers Fantasy Camp in Lakeland, Fla. He was known for his strong Faith in the Lord, unwavering dedication to his family, radiant smile, and his kind and compassionate spirit. Frank was also an avid Christian music lover and truly gifted chef, always eager to prepare a meal.
