Whatever you are doing right now, if you can stop and say a prayer for Erin and her loved ones, that is what is needed most right now. Two weeks ago Erin’s doctor ordered hospice care and she remains in their care daily. It was her wish to stay in her home, and they have provided and continue to provide great care for her. She has been in a peaceful sleep the last 24 hours, and upon this morning’s assessment by the hospice team, she is nearing the end of life. It is in God's hands when that time will be.
