Victory Day!!

Hi dear ones..today marks 1 year since Ed's dissection.  I thought today would be bittersweet but had no idea how affected I would be. I can't speak for Ed but I have been in tears or near tears all day. Maybe the impact of what  year can hold is now just hitting me, I don't know. It seems like yesterday and a lifetime ago. It's been a year of deep grief and pain but also a year of seeing God do miraculous things.  Of seeing His faithfulness in the midst of despair. A year of tremendous growth and tremendous sorrow. The recurring theme these last few months has been, of all things, adventure.  Many have spoken this into our lives, and I must admit I have rolled my eyes. We are on an adventure? If this is what adventure looks like count me out!!  I looked the word up in the dictionary and it says: an unusual and exciting, typically hazardous experience or activity. Well the unusual and hazardous have definitely applied...now we are ready for exciting! What new adventure does God have for us? It must be something good for Him to have spared Ed's life! If anyone has any idea let us know! Lol.

We thought perhaps moving to one floor living would be our next step but finances won't allow at this point so we wait and see what's next.

Thank you all for your continued friendship, prayers and gifts. Without you we wouldn't have a home. God has shown us the power of friendship and we are humbled by your continued outpouring of love. We pray that we can bless you as you have blessed us.
