Journal entry by Joanne Neumaier —
Thank you for standing with us in faith and prayer for Ed Basler this past year. We chose to stand with him believing and we witnessed miracles this year.
The Lord was faithful to deliver Ed from tumor lysis, septic shock, and a negative reaction to a treatment. We were hopeful that treatments would work, we tried ALL THE THINGS. We know that the Lord gave Ed 12 mos to rekindle his first love, to connect and to walk in faith.
On Wednesday, July 13th Ed Basler was surrounded by his children and wife of 46 years, and passed from Love to LOVE.
We will celebrate him this Saturday, July 23rd at 1pm Christian Life Church, Mt. Prospect, IL.
I hope that those of you who knew him can join us in celebrating his life and legacy.

He was a great man of faith, kind, loving & always generous. We were privileged to have him in our lives.
While I never wanted to write the words above, I believe fully that the Lord has healed him in all the ways that matter most: his heart. For that I am thankful and I recognize that he died full of years, blessed, and loved. He left an impact and a torch we must all do our best to carry on.

If you donate by May 12, your gift will be doubled, up to $10,000, thanks to a gift from Living Water Foundation.
