Hello! Sorry I have lagged on updating everyone! The last few weeks have just been radiation and chemo and survival…. It really has taken everything out of her, to a point where she could barely get out of bed some days…. Some of her hardest moments so far. Nonetheless she has persevered like she always does and SHE FINISHED!
She has a month break to let her body heal and recover and then she will do an MRI, visit the Dr and begin her Optune treatment.
They packed up the 5th wheel and moved home! She is super happy to be back and is settling in, trying to rest and heal. I spoke with her tonight and she was feeling a little better than yesterday so hopefully it will just keep going up from here!
She is so thankful for everyone who has reached out with texts, calls, sent stuff and all the prayers. Everything has really kept up her spirits and made her feel so beyond supported and loved. It has been what has kept her going, especially on the really hard days.
Tom is taking off a few months from work to spend some good quality time with his mom! She is so looking forward to getting so much time with him. They are all coming out to California on the 7th for a few days, we are very much looking forward to seeing our Nana!
