Yesterday, May 15, marked the 15th anniversary of my Da Vinci surgery performed by Dr. Joseph. As we do every year, Laurel and I went out to dinner to celebrate.
Remember last month when the total eclipse path passed right over our house? I lamented then that something always spoils my chances to view celestial phenomena. If you think I was exaggerating, last weekend the northern lights were visible over half of the US for three straight nights. To coincide with that, we had four straight nights of overcast skies preventing us from seeing anything! Just lucky, I guess.
Still working on my opening remarks for this year's Relay. Just need to fine tune a little but I'm 90% ready.
