In memory of a most incredible man whose generous spirit and love for life's palate created a circle of influence that touched the hearts within our family forever. We hold him and his family in our hearts, especially during this time, but also forever.

My beloved Fick-Finn family, I am so sorry to hear about Chad. He will be remembered for all his kind ways, his humor and love of life and family. I might add that both Elliot and Ian are a grand representative of their dad. Kudos Barb.

On behalf of the BC Blueberry Council, we would like to extend our sincerest condolences to Chad's family and friends during this very difficult time. Chad will be very missed in the Blueberry Industry.

It is shocking to hear that Chad passed away. I met Chad and had dinner with him during my visit to the blueberry program in Corvallis. He is a friendly, lovely, down to earth family man, and an excellent organizer! Chad will be remembered forever!

What a great guy - he will be missed! As one of my favorite musicians (Fred Small) has written: 'The only true measure of your words and your deeds will be the love you leave behind when you're done. Chad did well!

So sorry to hear of Chad's passing. Chad was always larger than life itself. He will be surely missed in the horticultural community. To Chad's family, my sincere condolences.
