Short and sweet entry for today, I’ll elaborate next week when I know more. Today I completed round 29 of 30 radiation treatments and met with my radiation oncologist after to review the PET scan results. Unfortunately there has been additional spread within my chest and it’s not safe to do additional radiation. With this news they will be moving to full body treatment.

I don’t know what this means but obviously I’m a bit devastated. This is not what I was hoping for, but also it’s hard for this shitty disease to surprise me anymore. 

I appreciate everyone that has reached out. My phone has been on DND most of the week and will probably stay there through the weekend to allow myself to process and digest the latest news.
