It has been two months since surgery now,
I am improving every day! I am getting excercise daily which helps the healing process. I am increasing activity slowly and still rest alot, a good Ballance right now is important. I am still sensitive and I can feel that when I move wrong. I dont want to risk anything by doing too much too fast. I couldn't imagine going back to having that pain again.
