Denise’s Story

I am a mother of three and married to a great man for (wow) 40 years now this year. I have served others my whole life.  I try to stay close to the Lord and grow closer to him every day through prayer and devotion. I have two cats and one dog, although one cat lives mostly outside and seems to be scared of pretty much everyone.  We have lived in our home now for twenty years and our neighbors are some of our dearest friends. The church has been and remains a large part of our lives. We are receiving prayers, but more is appreciated. This is not my first medical issue. I set this site up to also ask for funds from anyone willing and lead to give to us in this time of need.

It has been two months since surgery now,

I am improving every day! I am getting excercise daily which helps the healing process. I am increasing activity slowly and still rest alot, a good Ballance right now is important. I am still sensitive and I can feel that when I move wrong. I dont want to risk anything by doing too much too fast. I couldn't imagine going back to having that pain again.
