Finding time to sit down and journal is getting harder and harder these days. Why didn’t anybody warm me that kids under 5 have such a busy agenda? I mean why are you booked and busy almost every darn weekend little girl? 

Birthday parties, play dates, farmers market trips, hanging with grandparents, aunties, and everything in between has kept us busy and it’s not even summer. One thing that we’re prepping for is PreK. Yeah you read that right. Little miss sunshine is headed to PreK in the fall and I’m unsure how I wanna digest that LOL. Go ahead and send prayers for my strength and that she adapts with some new friends and new environment. It’ll be an adjustment but we have some months to work our way there. 

What’s new with us? Not too much. She had eye surgery in April to work with the alignment in her muscles, which was good. The next major thing we have is removal of her trach which will hopefully be before school starts. Not sure when but it’s on our vision board for 2024. Looking to go on a summer trip as well but not sure where. Any suggestions?? We haven’t been to the beach yet so that may be our little getaway for her birthday (July 9th) and decan celebration.
