Hello

This week is a huge emotional week for a lot of people.

This week is the 4th year anniversary of Mark's death. I still love him so much it hurts. I miss him.

It was also Alex's birthday yesterday. Alex passed away from a heart attack at the age of 42 on July 2nd of this year.

They were too young and too loved.

Life is good ... when you have been blessed to have known beautiful people.

Thank you Mark and thank you Alex for all your love.
