Heather, Donnie, Jacob and family. I read this I had many thoughts running through my head. Sometimes a situation gets so overwhelming and you feel so helpless. Sometimes I feel like I have prayed and prayed and feel like I have gotten nowhere. You all have taught me alot through your journals and your faith. You have taught me that no matter what Trust and Believe in God. So I say to you just as the quote above says, that when you feel it hardest to pray, pray hardest. That is what I have been doing for your family. I have prayed so long and so hard for Amazing Jacob. Each day I find myself praying harder and harder. We will continue to pray for Amazing Jacob and your family. We pray that he will be free of pain and will be able to go home soon. I absolutely love the pictures. I love to see that smiling face (and yours too) Love the slumber party. What a wonderful bunch of boys you have. I would like to leave you with a few more things I have read.

I can't even begin to imagine what Jacob and the rest of your family are going through! I pray that by next year these memories will be a distant blur as Jacob and his brothers can finally enjoy being kids again. We are praying that he will be singing and dancing again in no time!

Good Morning Heather, Jacob & Family!
I couldn't wait to tell you about our week at St. Jude (doing follow-up scans and tests). We once again got to hear those beautiful words concerning Brent and his tests ... "NO EVIDENCE OF DISEASE!" Our GOD is SOOOOOO GOOD! We will be praying without ceasing for Jacob and that HE TOO will come back ABSOLUTELY CLEAR! I'm all the more convinced that when you BELIEVE GOD for BIG things ............ HE'LL SHOW YOU BIG THINGS!!!

Tell your family we said hello and send our love. Those boys of yours are just PRECIOUS!! Oh the stories I bet you can tell! LOL!! I have three boys, and feel so BLESSED to get to experience life with all my precious guys! Thanks for sharing YOUR life with us. Your faith and LOVE for our LORD is INSPIRING! In saying that, I think of this verse ............

As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another. (Proverbs 27:17)

Hi guys! Just stopping by to see how things are going. What a wonderful picture of Jacob and Brandon! I love seeing those 2 adorable smiling faces! I will be praying very hard for Jacob's bladder to heal. I'm so sorry he is dealing with that issue as well. We are praying, believing and continuing to FROG always! Lots of love!

How true is it that these journals are our therapy! I don't know what I would have done without Emily's website. I'll tell you that you journals have become good therapy for me. LOL! Your faith and strength has helped me more than you know. Your Amazing Jacob is always on my mind. Because of that I find myself talking to God and praying a whole lot more each day. Thank you so much for sharing you staory and your family with us. I love the new picture. Absolutely love the the smile!! With that I want to leave you with this poem.

Hi Jacob, Emily and I also made you a chili pepper on www.createapepper.com. I had it sent to your email but just in case you want to check it out and don't check your email first the code is 7689. Hope you like it. I hope it brightens your day and makes you smile the way that you do everytime I open your website. I look at that wonderful smile and those goofy faces and it makes my day a lot brighter. It was funny to read about Kyle falling off the couch and making you laugh. Emily's brother Charlie use to do things like that to make her smile or laugh when she wasn't feeling to well. Just wanted to stop by and let you know that we made you a pepper. Also that we are thinking about you and praying for you always. Hoping, Believing, Praying and Trusting in God.

Here are some "red eye tree frogs" from Micah to remind you to FROG today! :) I asked why they don't look very happy and he told me "they have to just be really happy on the inside because frogs can't smile". Oh, I see. :) Very true, I guess. Anyway, I hope you guys are having a great day with minimal chemo side effects and possibly a trip home. I can't really explain why we've grown attached to your family - maybe it's the 4 boys thing, I don't know. Regardless of the reason, you guys are definitely in our thoughts and prayers daily and it brings a smile to our faces to know that you're doing well (or atleast better). I was telling Micah about what Kyle did to make Jacob laugh and he asked if he had tried "hopping on one foot while making a googly bear face". I told him probably not :) Micah said one day he'll have to fly to Florida so he can teach it to Kyle. Pretty cute.

Anyway, we're thinking about you all today. I'm still absolutely amazed at all you've been through these past few weeks. I remember you saying Jacob loves rollercoasters...someday you'll be able to look back and tell him all about the crazy ride he took you on while he was little!

Hello Heather, Jacob & Family!!!

I wanted to thank you for visiting with us and signing Brent's guestbook. I know how time-consuming this can be ... it really means a lot to us that you stopped by!!

We have been checking on you DAILY since we found your site. (Our precious friend Susan linked you from Jordan's website) ..... WHAT AN INSPIRATION your family has been!!!

I'm so goofy ...... I thought when looking at the pictures of your handsome little men, that those younger ones looked like triplets! My dad (we directed them to your site) told me that they are, so I went back and looked again. (I reread everything ... sure enough ... it was right there!) I don't know how I missed that! We've fallen in love with your Jacob! All of the boys for that matter! They are ADORABLE!! (Your Jacob reminds me of our Zachary)

Anyway ... I just wanted to tell you that we are praying for Jacob's FULL RECOVERY, and BELIEVING WITH YOU for his earthly HEALING!!! I also wanted to say that the poem brought tears to my eyes. I'm a mom of three boys ...... so it was very special to me as well.

Jacob, You are such a wonderful little boy! You and your family have truly inspired my family to strengthen our relationships with The Lord. We pray for you constantly!!! I have a little girl who is 3 1/2. I was listening to her on her monitor playing in her room today. She was talking about you and I went to her room to see who she was talking to. She was in there by herself kneeling at the side of her bed asking Our Father in Heaven to make you better. EVERY prayer she says, she includes you. She told me that she always prays for you so that she can go to your house and play with you :) The innocence of children is amazing!!! And she reminds me throughout the day that we need to pray for you! We will continue to pray for your comfort and healing and just know that we love you so much! Your precious smile just brightens our days!

Duckworth Family, Sorry it has been a few days since I have signed. I have been checking in daily though. Also have been praying so hard for you. You r faith and strength is amazing and inspiring.
