Today was a really good day!!! We got a discharge plan together for when Zach leaves the hospital. His health is progressing by leaps and bounds. He is now considered “independent” on the floor, which means he is able to walk around as he pleases! He also sent me a text message when I got home that said “I am reading babe, this is amazing” come to find out he is reading full articles and understanding them !!!!! I couldn’t be more proud of him. He is a fighter and very determined to be even smarter then when he walked through those doors! Thanks to everyone who continues to reach out, it is not an easy road but your love and encouragement continues to carry us through each day.
