We will be sharing the Adventures of Jeff’s Hip Replacement here for all of our family and friends. Thank you for all your calls, texts, love, prayers and support. We thought it would be easier to update all of you here. We will make sure Jeff sees any comments you leave.

wow. what a week!

Jeff is walking, walking and walking. Last Sunday we went to the sunken meadow park where he walked the boardwalk.  Now he is taking daily walks to our local beach. He hasn’t walked this much in years. Walking at least 1/2 mile each time he goes out.  Many days 2-3 times a day. 

He finished home PT and soon it will be out patient PT.  He is getting g stronger and his range of motion improves each day 

Friday was another day of visitors.  Thanks Stacy and Theresa for coming by while I was at work. 

Gearing up this weekend for his return to Body & Soul Monday morning.
