Will’s Story

Will had been feeling tired and running a low fever.  We took him in the dr. and they thought he had a virus.  Will seemed to get better but then developed a fever again and complained of his ears hurting.  We took him to the dr. where they did a blood test and discovered his low red blood cell count and high white blood cell counts.  The dr. referred us to the University of Iowa Children's hospital immediately.

We cannot express how much we appreciate the kind words and prayers for Will.  They are what are giving us strength and comfort during this sad time. 

The visitation will be Wednesday, February 5 from 5-7 pm at Dahl VanHove Schoof Funeral Home in Cedar Falls.  The funeral will be at Nazareth Lutheran Church at 11:00 am on Thursday, February 6.
