Good evening, friends! I realize it’s been a hot minute since I’ve posted an update. Here’s the latest: Whitney finished her chemotherapy this past Sunday. Now we’re only doing the infusions every other week. The next one is a week from today. The oncologist has us tapering off the steroid as well. He doesn’t want her on it long term. Whitney is still struggling with her speech, and her right side is still experiencing weakness. Please continue to pray that the swelling goes down over time. We’re hoping to get an MRI scheduled in time for another follow-up visit with Whitney’s brain surgeon. Thank you to all of you who have sent Whitney card and kind words! They have been so very encouraging! I’ll continue to post updates as more events happen and/or information becomes available. May the Lord bless each and every one of you!
