The White ’s Story

 Jody, James, Scarlett, Grayson and Kingsley lost their house early this morning in a fire that started in the garage. Thankfully, everyone was able to safely get out with their pup before the flames consumed the home. We are using this page to keep Jody and her family’s loved ones updated in one place. Your support and words of hope and encouragement for the incredible White family will be much appreciated

As you may know, not only did their family loose everything they own but Jody lost her entire small business which she ran out of the home, www.allthatapparel.com in the flames. Jody and her family are in crisis recovery mode. Please use this page as a way to communicate your love and support for their family as they will not have capacity to reply to many texts or calls and it can become over whelming. That said, they need their community to lift them up and your support and love will fuel them. 

Please note, you do not need to donate to caring bridge to contribute your messages. If you wish to donate to the White family please do so in the go fund me link provided. Once they get settled somewhere a meal train link and wish list will also be provided. In the meantime, let's keep the love and positivity following!!!

Jody and James are overwhelmed by the outpouring of love, support and generosity. Jody recently posted a heartfelt thank you on her social media @allthat.apparel and a lovely article highlighting their tragedy and the incredible support from community near and far to lift them through this. 


Their home insurance seems to be stepping up and now they are on the search for a furnished rental while they rebuild. Please email encinitas4equality@gmail.con if you have any leads in Encinitas, Cardiff or Carlsbad.

Both Jody and James are focused heavily on the children of course while Jody works on rebuilding her business. Once they get settled we will provide a comprehensive wish list and meal train link. At the moment, please hold off on physical donations of items as they are moving a round still. Venmo and visa gift cards are golden.
