It is with great sadness and heavy heart that I share with you that our colleague and most importantly our friend Wes, passed away Monday evening. I am simply without words but I know his family would want you to know that they are so happy he is no longer suffering and battling this disease. I think what's most important to recognize is that this was Wes' wish - and he was a man who lived life on his own terms. As his colleague, I know he would say that he enjoyed so much talking to all of you about your families, weddings, trips, sports and the hot Scottsdale weather. He was so proud of many accomplishments and for all of you for rallying around his family. He was full of love and gratitude. Thank you for surrounding his family with love and support during this difficult time.
