Hi everyone!

On Friday, May 22nd, we received news that no family ever wants to hear - our beloved mother, sister, daughter, wife, and friend, Wendy, was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia. Acute Myeloid Leukemia, or AML, is a rare form of leukemia that comes on suddenly and progresses quickly if left untreated. Fortunately, this is something that was caught early and the success rate of chemotherapy for her is high. 

Wendy is currently at Cleveland Clinic where she will remain for 4-6 weeks while receiving intensive chemotherapy. We are hopeful that she will make a full recovery and that her care team at Cleveland Clinic will provide her with the best care, support, and knowledge she needs to get through this difficult time. In the meantime, we are hoping to relieve some of the financial burden from Wendy by creating this site as medical bills are the last thing that we want her to worry about while she’s receiving treatment. 

We will update this page as we get new information or if Wendy has anything she’d like to share with you all. We appreciate anything you are able to donate, and if you aren’t able to donate, please share with your family and friends as every share helps.
