Wendy, the exercise that helped me most was putting an eye hook in a doorway, and threading it with a rope. I pulled on the rope, raising my affected arm. I still have some soreness in that arm. I don't think it every goes totally away.

I do feel grateful for Caring Bridge as I've been able to communicate with Wendy throughout this ordeal and to get very well written explanations about what is happening in her treatment.
