Dear friends and family,
I am so blessed to have you all in my life. Some good news...I have more energy and I am getting stronger. By the grace of God, I am able to engage with my family and friends now. It feels amazing to be able to talk again and be able to formulate words. I limit my encounters to ensure to keep the energy I do have to be able to make it to the bathroom, on a good day go to my garden, walk to the mailbox, etc. I love having people over to read a story, hold my hand, or just be in the same room together. Simple things are amazing and I have learned to be grateful for even the smallest things like the sunshine on my face when I am able to go outside, being able to walk from room to room and use my Spider Man skills by holding on the walls to support me, being able to listen to music-at least a few songs, being able to hold a smile without spasming to take a picture, and being able to get in and out of bed by myself...I am a big girl now lol. I am grateful for all of your continued support and prayers. God is listening and amazing miracles have already taken place. I am now a Life Coach-thanks to Covid I was able to listen to audios, be on Zoom right from the comfort of my bed. It took a lot of effort to listen and take tests but when there is a will there is a way! As many of you know I am very tenacious and take action when I can, even in the midst of circumstances not so much in my favor. I am now a Co-Author of "Sweet, Short and Sacred"- 52 Life Coaches worked together to formulate uplifting stories and help give advice to help make a difference in this world. There is never a perfect time to do what you love, so make a decision and do it today. :) I pray the I can inspire you in some way to move forward in your own life. Love and hugs always, XO Val
